I’m originally from Denver Colorado and a recent implant of Acworth, Georgia! Some may describe me as determined and committed, however I think I’m a bit of a perfectionist with an openness of learning something new every day. My interest in this industry stems from a long line of creative women in my family. Why charcuterie? Why cooking? For me it’s the art of food. The presentation alone gives me goosebumps. I believe that you can turn anything into something of beauty.
One fun fact about me: I resonate with owls because I’ve been in a transformation state of mind for a very long time. I consider myself having inner wisdom and an intuitive nature with the need to protect my loved ones. Thus my family is everything to me. When my kids were little and we had what appeared to be barely anything to eat, I would cook dinner, and my kids would tell me “mom, why does this taste so good“ and I would simply tell them, my secret, “I made it with a lot of love”.
